Roadsoul Bass Lite is a compact HALion and HALion Sonic instrument built from the bass section of a Crumar Roady. It focuses on warm, soulful 1980s keyboard-bass tones rather than a full multi-instrument workstation.
The library keeps the workflow simple: load the preset in HALion Sonic, play the sampled Roady bass, then shape it with the included controls and effects. The official manual notes a volume control before the effects chain, a sustain switch modeled after the original instrument behavior, and a key-range control for extending the playable range.
