TIME-12 by Tilr is an open-source time modulation effect for stutters, tape stops, scratches, reverse moves, pitch shifts, glitch edits, and rhythmic time-warp patterns. It takes the Gross Beat and ShaperBox-style curve workflow and rebuilds it as a focused cross-platform plugin with 12 MIDI-triggerable pattern slots.

You can draw custom curves, switch point types, paint reusable shapes, rotate patterns, skew multi-point selections, and sync changes to the song position, which makes it useful for turning static loops into chopped or moving phrases without manual audio edits.
