ECHO LAYER is a four-layer creative delay from RiverFlux Audio that lets you target different frequency ranges with independent echo settings. Each layer can focus on tonal or transient material, so a sustained pad and a drum attack can receive very different repeat patterns inside the same effect.
Timing, feedback, pitch, drive, stereo width, and ducking are available per layer. That makes it useful for anything from a restrained echo that leaves a lead clear to more active, rhythmic processing that builds movement around the source.
The tonal/transient split is the central creative idea: use the tonal mode to add body and space to sustained sounds, or use transient mode to turn attacks into rhythm. Per-layer frequency targeting gives the four delays separate jobs instead of simply stacking identical repeats.
