Description

Shreddage 3 Stratus Free is a playable six-string electric guitar library for Kontakt Player, built from DI recordings so you can shape the tone yourself. The free edition covers lead, rhythm, and strummed parts with sustain, palm mute, choke, and release articulations across three octaves.

Each note was recorded across the fretboard with up to four downstrokes and four upstrokes, three dynamic layers, and three palm-mute layers. The virtual guitarist engine uses fret and voicing logic to place notes, while poly input helps chords respond more like a real performance.

The instrument includes TACT articulation control, production-ready snapshots, and the Console mixer with 30 effects modules. Choose from EQ, compression, modulation, spatial effects, amps, distortion, reverbs, and more than 30 cabinet IRs, then save chains for later projects.

Kontakt Player 6.7 or later is supported, with 1GB disk space and 4GB RAM listed by Impact Soundworks. The library is suited to rock, blues, pop, funk, metal, and game music when you want editable electric-guitar parts inside one Kontakt instance.
